Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all camps and programmes organised by 无限 Wú Xiàn, operating under the registered trademark, ‘Singa Education Consultancy Pte Ltd’. By making a booking with us, you confirm your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Refunds

Full payment is required for all camps, programmes, transportation, and merchandise before the start date. Once your booking is confirmed by payment, no cancellations or refunds will be given, including in cases of late arrival or early departure, except as expressly provided under the Term “Programme Cancellation”. 

Programme Cancellation 

无限 Wú Xiàn reserves the right to cancel any camps and programme in the event of insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or situations beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify parents/guardians at the earliest possible time, and a full refund of fees paid will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. Alternatively, parents may choose to transfer the booking to another available programme of equal value (subject to availability). 无限 Wú Xiàn shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by parents, including transportation or accommodation.

Changing Your Booking

You may make changes to your booking or transfer it to a different date of the same programme, or to a different participant, at no extra cost, subject to availability. All change requests can be made online/ through a written notice at least 3 days before the start date of camps and programmes. In the event if your child falls ill and is unable to attend the camp or programme due to personal reasons on the actual day, there will be no replacement or refund made. 

Liability and Indemnity

By registering your child for any camp or programme organized by 无限 Wú Xiàn, operating under Singa Education Consultancy Pte Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that participation in all activities (e.g. physical, outdoor, movement-based) entails inherent risks (including personal injury, property loss or damage, or in extreme cases, death). You accept and undertake those risks on behalf of the participant, whether on our premises or off-site.

2. Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

a. 无限 Wú Xiàn, its staff, agents, contractors, volunteers and representatives will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death of any person, or damage to property, arising from or in connection with the camp and/or programme, except where such loss, damage, injury or death is directly caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of 无限 Wú Xiàn.

b. Without prejudice, 无限 Wú Xiàn’s total liability (if any) for any claim or series of connected claims arising out of or relating to the camp or programme or these terms shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you for that camp or programme.

c. 无限 Wú Xiàn shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of opportunity, loss of income, reputational loss, or any other indirect loss), whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Indemnity

You (on behalf of yourself, the participant, and your legal guardians) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 无限 Wú Xiàn and its staff, agents, contractors, volunteers and representatives from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:

a. any breach by you or the participant of these terms;

b. any wilful act, negligence, misconduct or omission by you or the participant;

c. any damage or injury caused by the participant to third parties or to property (other than the property of 无限 Wú Xiàn, in connection with or during the camp or programme.

4. Additional Provisions

a. The participant’s medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed fully in the registration form; 无限 Wú Xiàn assumes no liability for undisclosed or inaccurate information.

b. For clarity, nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or statutory duty that cannot be excluded).

c. The provisions of this liability and indemnity clause shall survive the termination or expiry of these terms and your child’s participation in the camp or programme.

Child Behaviour 

Children, while under the supervision of 无限 Wú Xiàn, are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the camp or programme. In exceptional circumstances, if a child's behaviour compromises the overall well-being of the other participants, we reserve the right to exclude the child from the camp or programme. In such cases, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and no refunds will be made. All travel costs would be the responsibility of the participant, parents or guardians and no refund of fees will be considered.

Punctuality 

Please ensure that your child reports for the camp or programme on time. Timely pickup during dismissal is mandatory. In exceptional cases of unforeseen delays, please notify our team as soon as possible.

Allergies

Information about allergies, food and other restrictions must be provided in the registration form for our camp or programme. 无限 Wú Xiàn and its representatives cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

Photography and Videography 

By registering your child for our camp or programme, you consent to 无限 Wú Xiàn capturing photographs and videos in which your child may be identifiable. You acknowledge and agree that the photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by 无限 Wú Xiàn in its marketing materials, social media content, and website videos. No further permission is required from you to use these materials, nor does 无限 Wú Xiàn need to pay any fees to the parents or guardians for such use. 无限 Wú Xiàn retains the copyright to all photographs and videos taken during the camp or programme and you hereby assign any necessary rights to 无限 Wú Xiàn to allow its use as described above. Please be assured that we are mindful to use such media respectfully. 

Data Protection Consent

By registering your child for our camp or programme, you authorize 无限 Wú Xiàn to collect, use, store, and share your personal data and that of your child, for the purpose of registration and also for commercial purposes. You give your consent to such collection, use, processing and disclosure provided that this is done lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012). Marketing Consent

You consent to 无限 Wú Xiàn issuing promotional materials to your email address as provided at the time of registration. Any request to remove personal data shall be acknowledged to us by email to hello@wuxianeducation.com.sg
